Dana Robert Hicks is an Amazon best-selling author, public theologian, and ecclesiastical disrupter whose writings revolve around the themes of culture, change, and spirituality.

For over 30 years, he served the Church of the Nazarene and the United Methodist Church as a church planter, pastor, university professor, and leadership developer.

He went to school at Northwest Nazarene University (B.A.), Nazarene Theological Seminary (M.Div.), and The Beeson Doctoral Fellowship at Asbury Theological Seminary (D.Min.).

He now calls Phoenix, Arizona home where he likes to golf, ride his road bicycle, find the perfect Mexican food, and obsess a little too much about the National League Champion Arizona Diamondbacks.
